In the early 1960s, Eldon Bartscher began Rightway Construction in Mitchell SD. Previous to starting this company, Eldon worked for various concrete businesses gaining extensive experience in concrete construction. Eldon led Rightway with his two sons Doran and Dan Bartscher where they worked on a variety of projects. Today the company has grown in its experience and capabilities to encompass general construction and engineering services.
